Each Level location promises spacious apartments with full kitchens and in-suite laundry, access to property amenities, caring service and GBAC certified health & safety standards. What differs are the lifestyle amenities custom tailored to each property in each of the vibrant neighborhoods we operate. In addition, some of our properties offer both nightly and extended stays, while others exclusively welcome extended stays of 30+ nights.

The biggest difference is space. Our suites range anywhere from 475 square feet to over 2,000 and boast fully-equipped kitchens, in-suite washer and dryer and all the essentials to enjoy a space of your own while away from home. We specialize in both nightly and extended stays of 30+ nights. In addition to our portfolio of suites, the Level Penthouse Collection boasts an exceptional offering of sought-after penthouse accommodations in each of the cities we operate.

Each of our locations welcomes extended stays of 30 or more nights. Included in your rate is overnight accommodations in a fully-furnished suite equipped with full kitchen, cookware, fresh linens, cable TV, high speed wifi, local calling, and in-suite laundry. All guests also enjoy access to our lifestyle amenities (destination amenity fees may apply) and dedicated concierge services. Stays of 6 or more nights receive complimentary bi-weekly housekeeping.

Yes, all of our properties have secure, onsite parking available for additional costs.

Yes, all Level properties welcome families and are pleased to offer family-friendly amenities upon request. Amenities differ by property but include cribs and bedding, diaper pails, and highchairs.
